Richard Davies is a Director of Prism and a local IFA of long standing with companies such as Prudential and Pembrokeshire Financial Services on his CV. He has a wealth of experience in financial planning and deals primarily with the firm's investment clients. Originally from Johnston, Richard now lives in Haverfordwest. He is an avid gardener and enters many of the local annual agricultural shows with great success. He is a keen sports fan enjoying cricket, football and rugby in particular.

Martin Lewis is a Director of Prism, the General Manager of the company and also a Paraplanner. Martin worked as a Communications & Logistics Officer on oil rigs around the world for 15 years and the skills attained whilst working in this intense environment have transferred to the role of a Paraplanner very well. As well as the day to day running of the business, Martin carries out research for clients, manages clients' files,  prepares financial planning reports and co-ordinates the firm's compliance and TCF systems etc. Originally from Pembroke, he now lives in Neyland with his two children.
