Richard Davies is the Director of Prism. Richard is a local IFA of long standing with companies such as Prudential and Pembrokeshire Financial Services on his CV. He has a wealth of experience in financial planning and deals primarily with the firm's investment clients. Richard is an avid gardener and enters many of the local agricultural shows on a regular basis with great success. He is married to Kathy and is a keen sports fan enjoying cricket, football and rugby in particular. He won the national Friends Provident Fantasy Cricket League competition in 2007, his prize being an all expenses paid trip to Sri Lanka to watch the Sri Lanka v England cricket test matches. |

Martin Lewis is the General Manager of the company and also a Paraplanner. Martin worked as a Communications & Logistics Officer on oil rigs around the world for 15 years and the skills attained whilst working in this intense environment have transferred to the role of a Paraplanner very well. As well as the day to day running of the business, Martin carries out research for clients, manages clients' files, prepares financial planning reports and co-ordinates compliance and TCF systems etc. He also maintains the company's computer network as well as this website. He lives in Neyland with his partner Angela and their two children, Craig & Lana. |

Paul Harries has been an IFA since 1995 and started his career with Prudential. Paul has also worked as an IFA at Cleddau Insurance Services in Neyland & Nicholas Insurance Services in Haverfordwest. Originally from Hayscastle Paul still lives locally and now works as a self employed IFA working under the Prism umbrella and providing a financial planning service to his clients. He is a keen snooker player and competes in the local league. |
