My name is Dennis Meylemans, I'm 33 years old and I am currently working as a Chef Manager on the Exxon Mobil Jade Platform in Equatorial Guinea, West Africa.

I have worked in many different countries around the world including Italy, Algeria, UK, Nigeria, Georgia & Iraq on Operation RIO (Restore Iraqi Oil).

I have worked overseas since I was 18 years old on oil rigs and land rigs as a Chef and now a Chef Manager / Camp Boss. I have set up this website primarily to give more details than it is possible to put on a CV. It also allows my family & friends to see where in the world I am working and to share photos and information.
